This Privacy Policy explains how Flete Order Management ("we", "our", "the app") collects, uses, and protects information when merchants connect their Shopee store to the app.
When you authorize the app via Shopee Open Platform OAuth, we receive and store:
order.* and logistics.* endpoints.product.* endpoints.access_token and refresh_token issued by Shopee, stored securely to maintain the session.The data is used solely to render the order management dashboard for authorized users of the merchant's team (admin and viewer/CS roles). We do not sell, rent, or share merchant data with third parties.
Shop authorization tokens are retained as long as the merchant keeps the app connected. Users can disconnect the store at any time from the Shopee merchant console, which invalidates the tokens.
Merchants may request deletion of stored tokens and user accounts at any time by contacting the app administrator. Shopee order data is fetched in real-time and is not permanently cached.
The app integrates only with the Shopee Open Platform API. No other third-party analytics or tracking services are used.
We may update this policy to reflect changes in practice or regulation. Updates will be posted on this page with a new "Last updated" date.
