By accessing or using Flete Order Management ("the app", "we", "us"), you ("merchant", "user") agree to the following terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

1. Description of Service

Flete Order Management is a web-based dashboard that integrates with the Shopee Open Platform to help authorized merchants monitor and manage their Shopee store — including orders, products, shipping tracking, and basic shop information.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your app credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access.

5. Data & Privacy

Your use of the app is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we handle merchant and order data retrieved from Shopee.

6. Service Availability

We provide the service on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. The app depends on the Shopee Open Platform API availability; we do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. Planned maintenance and unplanned downtime may occur.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Flete Order Management and its maintainers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of (or inability to use) the service — including loss of data, revenue, or business.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the app at any time for violation of these terms. You may stop using the app at any time by disconnecting your Shopee store and deleting your account.

9. Changes

We may revise these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
